Q2. How do I make payments?

A. They have selected payment options according to what is easier for you. On all payments, a clear picture of proof of payment is required. ATM Cash Deposit Minimum R50 and send us a clear picture of the receipt using your name as a reference E-wallet / Instant Eft please note the payment must first reflect or be confirmed then the transaction will be completed instantly. This is done to avoid any fraudulent transactions or activities. Proof of payment is required.

Q3. What are the other payment options if I do not have access to banking?

Q4. How do I know if the transaction is successful?

A. We will send you proof or a receipt of the transaction and we will ask you to confirm with your loved one

Q5. What if my loved one has not received the airtime?

A. It does not happen on our network platform as long the phone number supplied is correct if there is a problem on our side we will notify you immediately as there may be network or downtime issues

Q6. Can I reverse the Airtime?

A.Unfortunately not once the transaction has been completed we are unable to do so and there will be no refund.
